There's still no official confirmation, but it looks as if that rumored Beyonce collaboration with Lady Gaga and Azealia Banks just might happen. In footage from Azealia's Google Hangout session with asos.com, the Harlem rapper reveals that she was recently in Miami recording "something" for Beyonce's upcoming project.
"I really didn't want to say it because I didn't want to jinx it. Cuz you know how that s**t goes," Azealia says. "It's like, once you do something on someone's record, you just have to wait. And if they want to use it, they use it."
Regardless of whether her contribution makes the final cut of Beyonce's 4 follow-up, Azealia couldn't be happier about lending Bey a hand. "Oh my God, just even the fact that I was considered to rap on a Beyonce track" is an honor, Azealia says.
Piece by piece, the story seems to be coming together. A few months ago, Azealia told the U.K.'s Capital FM that she had been working on a song called "Ratchet" with Lady Gaga. So, when Beyonce rocked "RATCHET" earrings in a recent Instagram photo, fans immediately began speculating that a Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Azealia Banks collaboration was on the way. Only time will tell whether that prediction is correct.
