Fleetwood Mac and Billy Joel are among the headlining acts for the 2013 edition of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, which takes place over two weekends from April 26 through May 5 in the Big Easy. Hundreds of other artists also will perform during the annual musical and cultural extravaganza, including Patti Smith, Dr. John, B.B. King, Los Lobos, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Willie Nelson, Aaron Neville and Dave Matthews Band.
