After being admitted to a New York City hospital on Friday due to severe vertigo, a condition that causes extreme dizziness, Nas blamed a hectic promotional schedule for his illness and told ABC News Radio that he's fully recovered.
"I'm good now," Nas said the day after he was released from the hospital. "I can walk a straight line without wobbling."
"When you don't really realize you're working so much -- whew! -- things happen," the Queens native added.
And although Nas had never opened up about his health complications before, he said it wasn't his first time dealing with the condition. "I knew exactly what it was when I started to feel it," he said.
Nas is busy promoting his latest album Life Is Good, which was recently nominated for four Grammys. He's also the new face of Hennessy's Wild Rabbit campaign.
