Frank Ocean Hits the Desert for His "Forrest Gump" Music Video

Island Def JamWhile Frank Ocean's reported scuffle with Chris Brown made headlines Monday, drama isn't the only thing happening in Frank's life.  The Grammy-nominated singer has been working on a music video for his Channel Orange song "Forrest Gump," and HipHop-N-More has posted photos from his video shoot in the desert.

In one snapshot, Frank appears to be falling from the sky.  He's dressed in a yellow suit, striped headband and ruffled, blue tuxedo shirt.  He's strolling down an empty desert road in one photo, and in another picture he's leading the way for a group of cheerleaders.  Featuring a cheering squad in the visual makes sense, considering that the first line from Frank's "Forrest Gump" song is "I wanna see your pom poms from the stands."  The track also includes the sound of spectators chanting.

"Forrest Gump" is one of the songs from Frank's Grammy-nominated album that caught the attention of journalists previewing the set.  The song features him singing about a male love interest.
