For her first album in three years, Miley Cyrus is teaming with the guy who helped create her biggest hit.
Billboard reports that Miley has signed with RCA Records for the as-yet untitled album, which will be out later this year, and one of the producers she'll be working with is Dr. Luke. He co-wrote her 2009 smash "Party in the U.S.A." -- with Jessie J -- and also produced it.
As previously reported, Miley has worked on her new material with Mary J. Blige, Pharrell Williams and Tyler, the Creator, but she says that the album won't be hip-hop, nor sound like Nicki Minaj or Rihanna. She told MTV last September that the new disc would be "the biggest record I've ever had."
Meanwhile, Miley's latest movie, So Undercover, is coming Tuesday on DVD. It casts her as a teen private investigator who's tapped by the FBI to go undercover in a college sorority, but she has a hard time fitting in among the snooty rich girls.
