The Eagles have added three more concerts to their previously announced three-show run at The Forum, the legendary Los Angeles venue that the band is set to help reopen in the New Year. The newly announced dates will take place on January 22, 24 and 25, joining already scheduled performances on January 15, 17 and 18.
The upcoming concerts will mark the first time the Eagles will play L.A. since April 2010, when the group played its first-ever shows at the famed Hollywood Bowl. The Eagles' Forum gigs will be the first shows at the venue since it closed in 1999 after 32 years of hosting many of the biggest names in music. When the building reopens in January, it will be the largest venue in America built specifically for music and live entertainment.
Tickets for the three newly announced performances will go on sale to the general public starting on October 12 at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation.com and Ticketmaster.com, as well as at all Ticketmaster locations or by calling the Ticketmaster charge-by-phone line at 1-800-745-3000. American Express Cardmembers will be able to buy advance tickets from October 7 at 10 a.m. until October 11 at 10 p.m.
The next concert on the band's History of the Eagles Tour schedule takes place this Friday in Lincoln, Nebraska.
