Chris Brown will spend up to three months in a Malibu rehab for anger management issues, TMZ is reporting.
Sources tell the gossip site the troubled singer is open to getting treatment for up to 90 days. "The rehab facility has been told to take him [Brown] apart and put him back together," one source explains.
Brown elected to enter a rehab facility just days after he and his bodyguard were arraigned on a single count of misdemeanor assault in Washington, D.C., following their arrest Sunday for an incident in front of a hotel in the city.
As previously reported, Brown is currently on probation for a 2009 domestic violence incident involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He faces up to four years in prison if his probation is revoked.
