Alice Cooper and KISS are part of a star-packed list of rock stars who will perform at a November 5 benefit event at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The show will raise money for the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy, a facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, that offers music-education programs to underprivileged young people in that area.
The fundraiser's confirmed lineup also features Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil, Twisted Sister's Dee Snider, Night Ranger's Jack Blades, Ratt's Stephen Pearcy, Cinderella's Tom Keifer, Winger's Kip Winger and Rob Zombie, as well as Joey Tempest and John Norum of Europe. The concert will feature various performers hitting the stage accompanied by popular '80s and '90s cover band Hairball. The fundraiser also will include a silent auction offering various pieces of memorabilia.
Cooper and several other rockers on the concert's bill performed at previous benefit events celebrating the opening of the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy this past spring. Established by Dollar Loan Center founder Chuck Brennan, the academy specifically helps support kids who are members of Boys & Girls Club of the Sioux Empire.
