New Elton John Concert to Premiere Saturday on PBS, Elton to Make "Kimmel" Debut Next Week

Universal MusicA concert Elton John performed last month in London is coming to U.S. TV screens on Saturday.

Elton John in Concert, taped September 11 at the BBC Radio Theater, will premiere on PBS this Saturday night starting at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.  Only 300 fans were present at the show, which featured songs from John's new album, The Diving Board, as well as classics like "Levon," "Tiny Dancer," "Your Song" and "Rocket Man."

In other Elton news, the pop-rock legend will make his debut appearance on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday, October 8.  He'll perform his latest single, "Home Again," and also sit for an interview.  John is the second knighted British rocker to appear on the show in the last few weeks: Sir Paul McCartney entertained the Kimmel audience last week.
