Joe Nichols is back on the radio with his latest single, "Sunny and 75," a song that might not have seen the light of day without Joe's new record label, Red Bow Records. In an interview with the San Antonio Express, Joe admits his previous label, Show Dog Records, lost faith in his ability to produce a hit single. Now that he's back in the upper reaches of the chart, Joe feels a sense of relief and gratitude for another round of success.
He says, "I'm amazed that country radio has welcomed me back like this. Fans are excited, too. It's a huge, warm feeling of welcome back.”
"Sunny and 75" is the lead single from Joe's latest album, Crickets. Fans who come to his concert this year will get to hear him perform six of the album's 16 tracks. "They get the new songs immediately, "Joe says. "To have fans excited about this many new songs is a pretty big deal to me.”
