Beatles fans, take note: you can win a pair of tickets to see Rockshow, the film chronicling Paul McCartney & Wings' 1975-76 tour. The 1976 music documentary will be screening at more than 500 participating theaters around the world beginning Wednesday, May 15. On May 9, three lucky winners will be selected in a special Facebook contest to receive a pair of tickets each to a U.S. screening at the theater of their choice.
Rockshow will be released on DVD and Blu-ray for the first time on June 10. While the original edition of the movie offered an edited version of the concert, which took place at Seattle's Kingdome, the video discs will feature the band's full performance and have been restored and remastered from the original 35-millimeter film.
The theatrical version of Rockshow will include a video introduction from McCartney himself. In addition, Sir Paul will be on hand to celebrate the cinematic premiere of the flick at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in London on May 15.
