Lady Gaga Releases Time-Lapse Tour Video

ChinaFotoPress/ChinaFotoPress via Getty ImagesFor those of you who were unable to see Lady Gaga in concert after she canceled the remainder of her Born This Way Ball tour due to her injured hip, she’s released a time-lapse video that reflects how much work went into presenting her show.

The three-and-a-half-minute clip quickly shows the stage, modeled after a castle, being assembled and then later deconstructed after Gaga’s performance. The video is set to Gaga’s Born This Way track, "Scheiße.”

The YouTube description of the video states that the stage was the “largest scenic structure ever been built to tour,” with 30 active windows and doors and 620 feet of custom LED lights. Fifteen 53-foot-long tractor-trailers were needed to move the castle and the rest of the stage into and out of a given arena.

The Born This Way Ball tour launched one year ago in South Korea, on April 27, 2012.
