Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker and Florida Georgia Line Dominate "Billboard" Country Albums Chart

Warner Music NashvilleBlake Shelton holds on to the #1 spot on Billboard's Country Albums chart again this week with Based on a True Story…. The set sold 36,000 copies according to Nielsen Soundscan for a #4 on the overall Billboard 200 chart. Darius Rucker is right behind Blake at #2 on the country chart and #5 overall with True Believers.

Florida Georgia Line also got a boost from their big win at last week's CMT Music Awards.  Sales of their album, Here's to the Good Times, are up 26 percent to come in at #3 on the Country Albums chart.  Their single, "Cruise," is also the second best-selling digital single in any genre this week with 225,000 copies downloaded.
