Black Sabbath to Perform on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" This Monday

Vertigo/Republic RecordsBlack Sabbath will be on hand to rock NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Monday, the evening before the heavy-metal legends unleash 13, their first full studio album to feature original singer Ozzy Osbourne in 34 years.  No word yet on what the band will perform on the show.  Late Night airs at 12:35 a.m. ET/11:35 p.m. CT.

Meanwhile, Black Sabbath has revealed that the official video for 13's lead single, "God Is Dead?," will premiere June 17 on the group's official Facebook page.  As previously reported, fans can listen to 13 in its entirety at iTunes until the album's June 11 release.
