Florida Georgia Line Has a Head Start on Their Upcoming Sophomore Album

Republic NashvilleFlorida Georgia Line's hot streak continues as their latest single, "Round Here," races up the country chart on the heels of their #1 hits "Cruise" and "Get Your Shine On."  Their debut album, Here's to the Good Times, is #1 again this week on Billboard's Country Albums chart too, but the duo's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard already have enough songs for their follow up project.

"We've been writing as much as we can," Brian says.  "We’ve gotten a bus so we’ve had some writers out.  When it works out, our days are pretty jam packed, but writing something is very important to us.  That’s how Tyler and I got together and got started."

Right now, Florida Georgia Line has about 12 to 14 songs they're really proud of for the next album.

Brian adds, "Probably won’t start cutting ‘til the fall but we got a good, good, good, good start and we’re very excited about it."

Florida Georgia Line's tour bus pulls into Birmingham, AL for a show with Luke Bryan Thursday night.
