Justin Timberlake has earned yet another Emmy nomination for his work on Saturday Night Live. On Thursday morning, Justin garnered a nod for Outstanding Guest Actor In A Comedy Series, for hosting the NBC sketch comedy program back in March.
This is Justin’s eighth career Emmy nomination. Nearly all of them have been for his contributions to SNL, either for his acting or for original music like “D*** in a Box.” He earned one Emmy nod for performing a song called “I Love Sports” while hosting ESPN’s ESPY Awards in 2008.
Justin has won a total of four Emmys.
Elsewhere on this year’s Emmy nominees list, NBC’s The Voice is one of the contenders for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program, but Fox’s American Idol is not. However, Idol’s Ryan Seacrest is nominated in the Reality Or Reality-Competition Program Host category, while The Voice emcee Carson Daly was left out.
The star-studded 12-12-12: The Concert For Sandy Relief is up for Outstanding Variety Special.
