Beyonce reportedly allowed three survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings to hang out backstage with her during the Boston stop of her Mrs. Carter World tour, according to the New York Post.
Before Beyonce took the stage inside the TD Garden, the singer personally met and snapped pictures with Mery Daniel, Adrianne Haslet, and Heather Abbott, all of whom lost a leg during the April attacks.
While the women were all smiles with Beyonce, the trio recently re-lived the life-changing event in the June issue of People magazine. Haslet, a professional ballroom dancer, recalled what it was like standing with her new prosthetic leg. "I started crying," the 32-year-old shared. "I hadn't even taken a step yet. Just to stand tall was extremely emotional."
