Lee Brice knows exactly why a few of his fans straggle in late to his concerts, if they show up at all. Sometimes the pre-party before a show is just too hopping. That's exactly the kind of scene Lee sings about in his latest hit, "Parking Lot Party," and he's got the experience to deliver the song with conviction.
Lee tells Billboard, "I remember times when I was going to go to an event, and we never made into the event because we were having too big of a ball in the parking lot. There's no shame in that. It's always fun."
Lee adds that old-school jams by Alabama, the Oak Ridge Boys and Hank Williams, Jr. are on his ideal soundtrack for a good "Parking Lot Party." That song is the latest single from Lee's album, Hard 2 Love.
