Imagine Dragons Discusses "Radioactive" Video, Humble Beginnings on "GMA" Dragons stopped by Good Morning America on Friday to perform a few songs, including their hit, “Radioactive.”

In an interview with the ABC program, frontman Dan Reynolds explained the inspiration behind the “Radioactive” music video, in which the band is locked in a dungeon amid a puppet-fighting ring.

Reynolds said, “We wanted to present that in a way that I think was a little different.  One of our favorite bands growing up was Foo Fighters and they didn't always take themselves so seriously and they presented the message, but they did it in the way that was out of the box.”

Reynolds also reflected on the band’s humble beginnings, playing small Las Vegas casinos in its early days, where the stages were so small he had almost had to stand on the kick drum.  He said, “One time I passed out, actually.  I fell on the kick drum and all of the cymbals fell over.  It was crazy.”
