Kings of Leon Discuss “Fun” Recording Sessions for "Mechanical Bull" on "GMA" of Leon stopped by ABC's Good Morning America on Tuesday to celebrate the release of their sixth studio album, Mechanical Bull, and perform the record’s first single, “Supersoaker.”

Frontman Caleb Followill told GMA that the band thoroughly enjoyed recording Mechanical Bull, and he's confident fans will love what they’ve put together.

“I would say no matter what era of a fan you are of our music, I think they're a couple songs on this one that you would be proud to say you're a Kings of Leon fan,” he explained. “And you know, it's probably the most fun we had making a record and I think you could tell that by the sounds.”

The next big thing coming up for Kings of Leon will be their performance at the second annual edition of the Global Citizen Festival, an event intended to raise awareness of global poverty. That concert will take place at New York City's Central Park on Saturday, and also will feature performances by Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and John Mayer.
