Adele's son -- whose name she still hasn't publicly uttered -- will celebrate his first birthday next month, and if one British tabloid is to be believed, she's planning quite a magical celebration for the toddler.
The British paper The Daily Star claims that Adele is planning to fly famous magician David Blaine from New York to England in order for him to perform at her son's birthday party on October 19. The two first met unexpectedly back in June when Adele was in New York to attend an industry function.
A source claims to the paper, "Adele wants a small, intimate family party for [her son], with a magic theme. Having David there will make it even more memorable." Of course, you can take this report, along with most other Adele tabloid stories, with a huge grain of salt.
One thing that IS true, however, is that Adele attended Lady Gaga's performance at the iTunes Festival in London over the weekend. London's Metro reports that she sneaked in right before the show started and took a seat among the other celebrities in the audience, including Sherlock and Star Trek star Benedict Cumberbatch and Niall Horan of One Direction. In fact, Metro claims that Niall failed to recognize the superstar singer, who was dressed down and wore no makeup.
Afterwards, Adele tweeted her approval, writing to Gaga, "mermaids for life! Brilliant as always thank you for a wonderful night!" She also added the hashtag "#
