Madonna Releases New, Dark Trailer for "Secret Project"

Facebook.com/MadonnaMadonna has released a third trailer for her secret project with photographer Steven Klein, and it’s just as dark as the first two.

In the 45-second clip, Madonna is behind bars as she performs a creepy version of "My Country, 'Tis of Thee.” After she sings the words “Let freedom ring,” there are quick flashes of her being attacked in the jail and left lying in a cell. The screen goes dark and we hear Madonna say, “Are you with me?”

The clip then promotes the hashtag "#secretprojectrevolution" and the website ArtForFreedom.com. The site informs visitors, “Madonna & Steven Klein invite you to start your own revolution of love. We have created this platform to give people around the world an opportunity to answer the question: ‘What does freedom mean to you?’”

The project, which was screened for fans in Italy last month and has been described as a short film about tolerance, freedom, and love, will debut September 24, presumably on the website.
