Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift are among the stars who've made this year's Forbes "30 Under 30" List, highlighting the brightest stars in music who are under the age of 30.
Other who made the publication's list include Lady Gaga, One Direction, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, and "Royals" singer Lorde. They were all included thanks to their critical and commercial success from albums, touring and endorsements, as well as their visibility from prestigious, high-profile gigs like the Grammy Awards or, in Bruno's case, the Super Bowl.
Speaking to Forbes about his upcoming headlining appearance at the halftime show in New Jersey on February 2, Bruno says, "You gotta be fearless, man…If I'm ever gonna sing in a blizzard, it may as well be at the Super Bowl." According to Forbes, Bruno is the first artist in a decade to get the gig before turning 30.
As for what team he's rooting for, Bruno notes that his home state has left him with no loyalties. ""Hawaii doesn't have a team, so I bounce around," says Bruno, who's from Honolulu. "I go for the underdog."
One under-30 star who's notably absent from this year's list is Adele.
