Jason Aldean Will Tour Stadiums in Partnership with Major League Baseball

Courtesy GMA/ABC News via TwittJason Aldean appeared on ABC's Good Morning America on Thursday to announce some big news: he's hitting the road for a new tour that will feature him partnering with Major League Baseball.

The 50-date Burn It Down tour, with opening acts Florida Georgia Line and Tyler Farr, will visit baseball stadiums nationwide.  Jason said the stadium dates would take place "periodically throughout the year."

The baseball stadiums on the tour include Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.; Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia; PNC Park in Pittsburgh; and Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.  Exact tour dates will be announced soon.

As a kid, Aldean dreamed of playing in major league stadiums -- but as a baseball star, not as a country star.  "At one point I kinda thought that was gonna be my career path," he told ABC's Robin Roberts. "Problem is, I didn't have any power."
