Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw were winners Wednesday night at the 40th Annual People's Choice Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
Taylor was named favorite country artist, while Tim picked up the prize for country music icon. Neither appeared on the CBS telecast.
Brad Paisley was in attendance, though, to perform his song "The Mona Lisa." He also had a role in the opening monologue, interacting from his seat in the audience with 2 Broke Girls stars and People's Choice hosts Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs.
Brad, pretending like the actresses were in character as the 2 Broke Girls waitresses, stood up and complained that he hadn't received the cheeseburger and French fries he'd ordered.
