Image Courtesy of Travis Shinn"World on Fire," the single and title-track from Slash's newest album, has hit number one on the Mediabase Active Rock chart. It also occupies the top slot on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart. The achievement is another chart success for the former Guns 'n Roses guitarist, who has now had three straight albums debut in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.

Slash and his band, Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, will undoubtedly play songs from their chart-topping album for Live from the Roxy, a 90-minute concert special airing on DIRECTV’s Audience Network on November 9.

World on Fire, which was released on September 16, marks Slash's second collaboration with Kennedy, who also sings and plays guitar in Alter Bridge.  It is Slash's third solo album overall.
