Image Courtesy Redeye DistributionLoverboy will return on July 15 with Unfinished Business, their first album of new material in seven years.

The album title was selected through a Facebook fan vote and is appropriate, according to guitarist Paul Dean. He says in a statement, "[These songs] were all unfinished demos we'd recorded over the years. We just decided to complete the songs and release the album to show our appreciation to the fans."

Amazon is offering a pre-release stream of Unfinished Business now through July 14. Fans can access it at

In related news, Loverboy keyboardist Doug Johnson recently unveiled his first-ever solo project. Notes to Self may come as a surprise to longtime Loverboy fans as it is a classical album.
