Is Lamb of God's Chris Adler Drumming on the New Slipknot Song?

The top of the rumor chart has Lamb of God's drummer Chris Adler standing in for ousted Slipknotter Joey Jordison.

ABC News radio caught up to Adler and asked him, but he wouldn't confirm or deny it. "Right now I think silence is golden," he hedged. "Right now I don't think those guys need me, or need me talking about it."

Many fans have posted online that the drums on the Slipknot track sound an awful lot like Adler, and he agrees. "You know, I listened to it and I thought it sounded a little bit like me, too," he admitted. "At the moment, I just don't recall doing it."

"I'm getting texts and emails and phone calls about it," Adler said. "[But] for the moment, I don't know anything about it."

You can analyze the drumming for telltale Chris Adler-esque signs; the song is streaming live on Slipknot's official YouTube Page.
