Bob Dylan's Latest Album, "Shadows in the Night," Lands Atop the UK Charts

Columbia RecordsBob Dylan's new album, Shadows in the Night, is a least across the pond.  The folk-rock legend' 36th studio effort, a collection of 10 standards previously recorded by Frank Sinatra, has debuted at the top of the U.K.'s Official Albums Chart, his eighth album to accomplish the feat in the country.

Dylan's most recent previous album to reach #1 in the U.K. was 2009's Together Through Life, which also topped the Billboard 200.  The latest Billboard 200 chart positions will be revealed on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, some in-depth details about a few of the songs Dylan covers on Shadows in the Night, including "What'll I Do," "Some Enchanted Evening" and "That Lucky Old Sun," have been posted at Bob's official Facebook page.
