The album, Modest Mouse's first in eight years, also reached the number-three spot on the Billboard 200. "Lampshades on Fire," the lead single from Strangers to Ourselves, retains its position as the number-one track on Alternative Songs.

Meanwhile, Foo Fighters notch their sixth number-one single on the Mainstream Rock Songs chart with "Congregation." Dave Grohl and Co. recently ruled Mainstream Rock Songs for 13 weeks straight with "Something from Nothing," the first single from their album Sonic Highways.

"Congregation" isn't the only religion-tinged track to top the charts -- Hozier's "Take Me to Church" continues its reign atop Hot Rock Songs for the 23rd straight week. That streak ties the record-breaking run set by Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive."

In other Hot Rock Songs happenings, Walk the Moon's catchy "Shut Up and Dance" reaches the number-two spot on the chart, while Twenty One Pilots make their highest debut at number eight, with "Fairly Local." Of Monsters and Men's "Cyrstals" also debuts on Hot Rock Songs, coming in at number 15.
