Ed Sheeran Releases "5", a Collection of Old EPs

Atlantic RecordsWant to listen to vintage Ed Sheeran? The red-headed pop star has released 5, a collection of five of his old EPs.

The EPs, which were previously unreleased in the U.S., are now available both individually and collectively. The collection of Ed's early material from between 2009 to 2011 includes You Need Me, Loose Change, Live at the Bedford, No. 5 Collaborations Project and Songs I Wrote with Amy, featuring Welsh singer Amy Wadge, who later co-wrote Ed’s single, “Thinking Out Loud.”

The discs feature some classic Ed songs -- like “Wake Me Up,” “The City,” and “You Need Me, I Need You” -- which were later rerecorded for his 2011 debut album, + [pronounced "plus"].

5 was released via Atlantic Records and Ed’s own Gingerbread Man Records.

Over the weekend, Ed debuted the video for his new single “Photograph,” and this coming Sunday, he’ll be performing his song “Bloodstream” on the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.
