Chance the Rapper to Throw Free Concert in Chicago

ABC/Fred LeeChance the Rapper will throw a free concert, block party and rally in his hometown of Chicago today, aimed to encourage youth to vote.

Called Parade to the Polls: A Live Show of Democracy, the show kicks off on the rooftop of the Virgin Hotel Chicago at 3 p.m and will end with a "parade to the polls" led by Chance himself. 

Special, surprise guests are scheduled to appear during the 18 and up event.
