Hozier to Kick Off Upcoming Season of "Live From the Artists Den"

ABC/Fred LeeHozier will appear on the upcoming 10th season premiere of Live From the Artists Den, which airs April 8 on public television. The Irish singer’s performance was filmed at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles.

"Theaters kind of tend to take with them a lot of what's gone on in them in the last hundred years, and you can kind of feel a little bit of that here," Hozier says of the venue.

Along with six accompanying band members, he plays a 15-song set of mostly songs from his self-titled debut album including “Take Me to Church” and “Cherry Wine.” He also plays a stripped down cover of The Beatles' “Blackbird.”

Other musicians appearing on this season of Live From the Artists Den include electro-pop act Marina and the Diamonds, alternative rock band alt-J and blues rocker Gary Clark Jr. Visit for the full TV schedule.
