Michael Buble's New Album Features Meghan Trainor and Rapper Black Thought

Warner Bros. RecordsMichael Buble has now released details of his new album, Nobody but Me, due October 21, and one of the guest artists is unexpected: rapper Black Thought of legendary Philadelphia hip-hop group The Roots, aka Jimmy Fallon's house band.

In fact, Black Thought is featured on Michael's new single, also called "Nobody but Me," the lyric video for which is now available on YouTube.  In the middle of the upbeat love tune, the rapper chimes in with a romantic verse that rhymes "treasure," "cherishin'" and "palin' in comparison."

Meghan Trainor is also a guest on Nobody but Me, which includes cover versions of the Beach Boys' "God Only Knows" and standards like "My Baby Just Cares for Me" and "The Very Thought of You."   Michael also wrote three original songs for the project, and there's a deluxe version which will have three extra tracks.

In a statement, Michael says, "I don't know that I've ever had this much fun working on an album.  It was especially thrilling to collaborate with my band who understand that I want to sound better than I've ever sounded. I'm also very proud of the new songs."  He adds, "Having the opportunity to co-produce [the disc] was a joy for me personally."

August 24, Michael will debut his new signature women's fragrance live on his Facebook page at 7 p.m. ET.  He'll also perform songs from the new album.
