Watch now: Green Day uncovers a conspiracy in "Back in the USA" video

ABC/Heidi GutmanGreen Day has premiered the video for their new single, "Back in the USA," now streaming on YouTube.

The video finds the punk trio living in an idyllic '50s neighborhood, only to find a pair of sunglasses that reveals the evil, consumerist message behind their TV and newspapers. Basically, it's a mix of the classic 1950s TV sitcom Leave It to Beaver and the 1988 sci-fi movie They Live.

"Back in the USA" is included on Green Day's new greatest hits collection, God's Favorite Band, which is out now. Along with the new track, the compilation includes 20 of Green Day's biggest singles, as well as a new version of the song "Ordinary World" featuring country star Miranda Lambert.

Green Day is currently touring Latin America in support of their latest album, Revolution Radio.
