Jack White gets weird with collage of new music, "Servings and Portions from My Boarding House Reach"

ABC/Nicole WilderJack White previously teased that his new album will be a "bizarre one," and it certainly seems he wasn't lying. The ex-White Stripes frontman has released something called "Servings and Portions from My Boarding House Reach," and boy, is it weird.

Filled with a mixture of heavy guitar riffs, soft piano, hip-hop style vocals and samples, "Servings and Portions" sounds like a dozen separate songs combined into one. In fact, it's not clear if the track is meant to be its own song, or perhaps a collage of sounds from White's new album. To experience it for yourself, you can listen to "Servings and Portions" streaming now on YouTube.

White's new album, the follow-up to 2014's Lazaretto, is due out in 2018.
