Linkin Park to perform "Heavy" at Germany's Echo Awards

ABC/Randy HolmesLinkin Park will be bringing the "Heavy" overseas next month. The band will be performing their new single "Heavy" at the Echo Awards -- Germany's equivalent to the Grammys. The awards will be held April 6 in Berlin.

For the performance, Linkin Park will be joined by pop singer Kiiara, who contributes guest vocals to the recorded version of "Heavy." Linkin Park and Kiiara played the song together last month during their appearance on The Late Late Show.

Linkin Park will be spending most of their summer abroad -- in May, they'll be touring South America, and they head back to Europe in June. Currently, the band doesn't have any U.S. tour dates scheduled.

"Heavy" is the lead single from Linkin Park's forthcoming seventh studio album One More Light, which will be released May 19.
