L7 to release first new single in nearly 20 years this fall 

Blue Hats Creative The long wait for new L7 music will soon come to an end. The reunited grunge punks will be releasing two new singles this fall, with the first coming on September 29.

L7's last album, Slap-Happy, was released in 1999. Two years later, the band announced an indefinite hiatus before reuniting in 2014.

Meanwhile, L7's new documentary Pretend We're Dead is currently touring movie theaters across the country. The film, which features interviews with Nirvana's Krist Novoselic, Garbage's Shirley Manson, producer Butch Vig, Joan Jett and Brody Dalle, will be released on Blu-ray/DVD October 13.

Later this month, L7 will play a trio of live dates in California.
