Yeah Yeah Yeahs share ambient, bizarre "Phone Jam"

ABC/Randy HolmesYeah Yeah Yeahs have released their first new song in four years...sort of. The band has shared a track called "Phone Jam," which consists of six minutes of noise, combined with recordings from Karen O's answering machine. You can experience "Phone Jam" for yourself now on YouTube.

In sharing "Phone Jam," Yeah Yeah Yeahs tweeted the hashtag #FevertoTell, leading to speculation that the band could be reissuing their 2003 debut album. Whatever it means, all will be revealed on Tuesday.

The most recent Yeah Yeah Yeahs album is 2013's Mosquito. The band will play their first show together in four years this fall when they headline The Growlers Six music festival, held October 28-29 in Los Angeles.
