Watch now: Keith Urban teams up with the Fisk Jubilee Singers for "Female"

ABC/Image Group LA You may’ve seen Keith Urban’s year-ending musical tribute to the artists we lost in 2017, but there’s another performance from his New Year’s Eve set in Nashville you’ll want to check out.

The Australian superstar recently shared his December 31 version of his top-15 single, “Female,” with the world-famous Fisk Jubilee Singers.

While you might assume Nashville gets its Music City nickname from its country roots, it’s the choir from Fisk University that’s actually to thank: Queen Victoria was so impressed by their performance on tour in the late 1800’s, she remarked the group must come from the “Music City.”

Later this week, we should find out more about what Keith has planned musically for 2018:  he’ll talk to his fans Wednesday evening during a livestream event at 7 p.m. CT on his Facebook page.
