Mike + the Mechanics, Nile Rodgers among acts featured on season 8 of PBS' "Front and Center"

Credit: Jim BelmontMike + the Mechanics and Chic's Nile Rodgers are among the artists featured on the new season of the PBS live-music series Front and Center. The 10 new episodes start airing this month.

The episode with Mike + the Mechanics, the band led by Genesis guitarist/bassist Mike Rutherford, will feature performances of the group's biggest hit, including "The Living Years" and "All I Need Is a Miracle," as well as material from their latest studio album, 2017's Let Me Fly.

Other stars featured on this eighth season of Front and Center include Sheryl Crow, Seal, former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, singer/songwriter Jack Johnson, blues-rocker Beth Hart, and country stars Miranda Lambert, Clint Black, Luke Combs and Kane Brown.
