Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker bond over "I Miss You" lyrics; Angels & Airwaves reissuing first two albums on vinyl

On Thursday, the drummer tweeted a photo of his former Blink-182 band mate along with the caption "Where are youuuuuuuuuu," a line from their 2004 hit single "I Miss You."

DeLonge then replied with the line "I am the voice inside your yeeeeaaaad," a reference to memes that make fun of the way he pronounces certain words in the song.

So what's going on here? Is this a case of two musicians going down memory lane together, or is it something more? After all, DeLonge and Barker previously teased a joint project back in December.

Or maybe the two are just in a nostalgic mood after Blink bassist Mark Hoppus posted a notebook featuring his original handwritten lyrics for "I Miss You."

In related news, the first two albums from DeLonge's band Angels & Airwaves are being reissued on vinyl. 2006's We Don't Need to Whisper and 2007's I-Empire will be available on wax December 7.
