New Kids on the Block to release 30th anniversary edition of "Hangin' Tough" in March

Ne Sony Music Entertainmentw Kids on the Block will be throwing it back to the '80s this March, releasing a 30th anniversary edition of their breakout album Hangin' Tough on March 8.

The reissue will include the ten original tracks from the 1988 album, as well as three newly recorded songs and five rare remixes. In addition to being released on CD and digitally, the album will also be available on collectible 2-LP picture disc vinyl and, appropriately, as a cassette.

The three new songs on the reissue include "Boys in the Band (Boy Band Anthem)," "The Way You Should Be Loved," and the New Kids' recent single "80s Baby," featuring Naughty By Nature, Salt-N-Pepa, Tiffany and Debbie Gibson.  As previously reported, all those acts are hitting the road together in 2019 on The MixTape Tour.

Hangin' Tough featured the hits "Please Don't Go Girl," "You Got It (The Right Stuff)," "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)," and "Cover Girl."  It's since gone on to sell more than 14 million copies worldwide.
