Credit: Dave JacksonAll That Remains' new album Victim of the New Disease, the band's final release to feature late guitarist Oli Herbert, is out today. Along with the album release, the Massachusetts metallers have offered on update on their future without Herbert.

In a statement, frontman Phil Labonte says that the band will continue on with their upcoming European tour with Sevendust, set to kick off December 1.

"Losing Oli has been a tremendous blow to the core of ATR," says Labonte. "But I know he wouldn't want anything other than for us to continue."

"He loved this record so much -- it's some of our best work," the vocalist adds of his late band mate. "We look forward to sharing the music with everyone -- seeing our fans from the stage. From where Oli loved most. It'll be cathartic. We'll need it to be."

Guitarist Jason Richardson, who's played with the bands All Shall Perish, Chelsea Grin and Born of Osiris, will fill in for Herbert on the tour.

Herbert died in October due to an unspecified accident at his home. He was 44.
