Linkin Park's "Numb" video crosses one billion views

ABC/Randy HolmesLinkin Park's video for "Numb" has reached over one billion views on YouTube.

"Our music video for 'Numb' just passed 1 BILLION views on @YouTube," the band tweeted Thursday. "Thank you for all the support over the years!"

The video for "Numb" was directed by Linkin Park DJ Joe Hahn. The song itself was a single from the band's 2003 sophomore album Meteora, and reached number one on Billboard's Alternative and Mainstream Rock Songs charts. It was later remixed for a collaboration with rapper JAY-Z, "Numb/Encore."

Linkin Park performed "Numb" last year during their Chester Bennington tribute concert in Los Angeles. For the performance, the crowd sang the entire song.
