New music from Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament is coming. The musician is releasing a solo album titled Heaven/Hell that will arrive in March.

The news was revealed offhandedly in a Rolling Stone feature about Ament's favorite songs of 2017. In case you're wondering, his picks are Grizzly Bear's "Mourning Sound," The Lemon Twigs' "Why Didn't You Say That?", Charlotte Gainsbourg's "Deadly Valentine," The U-Men's "Shoot 'Em Down" and "Snowflake" by late Tragically Hip frontman Gord Downie.

The new Ament album will be the follow-up to his 2012 sophomore solo effort, While My Heart Beats. His Pearl Jam band mate Matt Cameron released his debut solo album, titled Cavedweller, last fall.

Ament and the rest of Pearl Jam will kick off an international tour in March. They'll return to the U.S. for a summer stadium run -- including two dates in Seattle, Chicago and Boston, as well as a stop in Ament's home state of Montana -- in August.
