Linkin Park fans launch campaign for Mike Shinoda solo tour

ABC/Image Group LALast week, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda announced that he'd be playing a solo show at Japan's Summer Sonic festival this summer. When asked if he'd consider a full scale tour, Shindoa explained that fans need to "make noise" to convince agents and promoters to book dates...and it seems they've done just that.

The fan account @LPLive has launched a campaign with the website to allow you to "demand" a Shinoda show in your city. If that's something you'd like to do, you can visit

"I love you guys," Shinoda tweeted in response to the campaign.

In January, Shinoda released a three-song EP called Post Traumatic, his first batch of new music following Chester Bennington's death last July.
