"Black Panther" soundtrack back on top for a third week

Kendrick Lamar; Image Group LA/ABCBlack Panther: The Album is back at the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart for a third week.

The disc debuted at number one on the chart dated February 24 and spent two weeks in a row at the top,  before sliding to number two on the March 10 chart.

But this past week, Black Panther: The Album sold 76,000 units, putting it back on top.

That means Black Panther: The Album is the soundtrack with the most weeks at #1 since Frozen in 2014. That soundtrack held the number one spot for 13 nonconsecutive weeks that year.

The songs on Black Panther: The Album were curated by Grammy-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar, who wrote and performed on several of the disc’s tracks.

In other news, Tory Lanez's sophomore album, Memories Don't Die, debuts number three on the Billboard 200.

This marks his highest-charting album to date, notching 54,000 units sold so far.
