Trey Songz accuser asks for apology from singer during press conference following alleged beating

ABC/Randy HolmesTrey Songz is being accused of hitting a woman named Andrea Buera, in the face during NBA All-Star Weekend in February and now she wants an apology

During a press conference on Tuesday, Buera stood next to her attorney, Lisa Bloom, and spoke for the first time in public about the alleged incident.

She claims that she was attending an afterparty when Trey began "yelling at me, choking me, punching me, and ultimately he knocked me to the ground."

"While I was on the ground, he continued punching me and he did not stop until his security guard pulled him off of me," she adds.

Buera alleges that while Trey assaulted her, "people stood and watched as some scurried away."

She also claims that when she called an Uber, Trey threw both of her phones over a cliff.

"I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard that I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines," she continues.

"By the next day I had bruises on my face, body and neck that only continued to get darker."

Buera says that the most difficult part about the alleged ordeal is "having to explain this to my seven-year-old daughter."

Buera ended her speech by saying that she wanted to go public in order to "stand up for herself" and asked for an apology from Trey.

TMZ reported about the alleged incident between Buera and Trey in late February.

At the time, law enforcement sources told the entertainment news site that Buera filed a police report against the "Dive In" singer and was also told that her "injuries were minor."

Buera's allegations come after the claim, according to TMZ, that Trey attacked a woman outside a Philadelphia strip club and was sued.
