Bryan Adams and Blondie are among the artists who'll be performing at the new KAABOO festival on Grand Cayman Island next year.

The inaugural KAABOO Cayman festival is scheduled for February 15-16, 2019. It's a spinoff of the original KAABOO, which has been held annually since 2015 in Del Mar, California, and this year takes place September 14-16.

Among the other acts hitting the stage at KAABOO Cayman will be Duran Duran, Los Lobos, Blues Traveler, Live, Counting Crows, The English Beat and current Sting collaborator, Shaggy.

The festival also will feature art, comedy and food. The website describes the extravaganza as "a curated two-day sound voyage that combines incredible music and tastemaking experiences in a modern wonderland alongside the beautiful Caribbean sea."
